CONSULTANCY CONTRACT

A consulting contract (consulting agreement) regulates the contractor’s obligation towards a customer to provide particular specialist knowledge for a fee. In this case, the object of the contract is to give advice on a company stakeholder. Its aim is, depending on the type of agreement, the provision of a service or a tangible or intangible result. Consultancy contracts can be drawn up as service or work contracts -mixed contracts are often used in practice. Both parties should always adjust the contract contents individually and draft them carefully in detail. For freelancers, this type of contract is particularly suitable if they take on special consulting activities in companies.
